| Requirements of installation |
| Strictly install S6 laser tube according to installation diagram, equipping power supply P12 which has high pressure at positive pole, starting voltage is 19kv. Caution: The inside tube maybe broken or leaked if dont comply with requirements. |
| Operating condition |
| Water cooling: purified water, flow is 2-5 L/min, water temperature is 10°—40°. Working environment: temperature 2-40°, humidity is 10-60%. Working current: testing current is 29mA, max. working current should be lower than 29mA, long term working current should be kept under 27mA. If current is lower than 25mA, the life span would be more than 8000 hours. All above mentioned current should be read on the ammeter series on cathode line. Caution: Long term over current usage may cause negative electrode turn yellow and greatly reduce service life of laser tube. |

| Cautions |
| Dont wipe protection window by cotton ball, and otherwise the working efficiency will be seriously influenced. Please clean up contamination on the window by following methods: 1) shut off the laser if window is polluted; 2) blow the window surface; 3) spray surface by pure alcohol compressed through syringe; 4) turn on the laser after alcohol is volatilized; 5) If above steps are workless, please ask professional operator to wipe window surface by cotton ball dipped with alcohol. Please protect window from pollution. Special notice: DONT wipe window surface by acetone. Dont screw fastener at two ends, it may cause laser tube broken. If test beam spot at plexiglass, keep 300mm away from output mirror. |
